Does anyone know where I can get a parts manual with OEM part mumbers for 91 Electra Glide Ultra Classic.

This is what I believe you need:

Harley Davidson Parts Catalog for 1991-1992 All 1340cc Models
Product ID: 99450-92

You'll have to special order it. Your local dealer msrp is $48. You can order from the likes of Kutter for a discount.

Ronnies is an excellent on line resource as previously suggested.

In addition to any of several on-line websites (I prefer this one), your local Harley dealer can supply the book. He may have to order it in, if he doesn't have one in stock, but it is still available.
