OP, maybe I missed it, I apologize if I did, but what type of Air Cleaner are you running?

what about drilling a hole in the bottom of the stock cover for the hose to exit?

I run the breather bolts and do get oil misting. It's not too bad and worse under harder acceleration. It doesn't take too much effort to clean it up, but I still entertain the idea of using the discreet system to eliminate the clean up.

This is what I came up with after being unable to find any system that would work with a SE stage one backplate, I went with dual hoses parallel to bottom of rocker box covers then down to hidden catch can in cowbell. Marine shrink wrap over fittings tapped into backplate really cleaned it up.

Natalie, right now I'm running the SE A/C. I realize this wouldn't work with your breathers (of either type), so if I do this I was planning on running your complete set up.

I got this combination with stock pipes and love it. Breather Bolts didn't work for me, I could smell oil when it got hot and some oil would come out. The discreet line down under the frame is perfect.

Yea,sort of. I started with a prototype backplate,tapped 1/8 npt brass plumbing fittings to a tee then humped hose over injectors centered between heads. Didn't like the hump in hose creating a trap. Anyway this thread covers the rest of the story.
