Can somebody identify this color?

I'm trying to find the color name for the bike in the link. The only thing I can find is dark candy root beer but the only bike I could find listed in any model is a 2-tone with light candy root beer. My wife loves it and I like it a lot. I haven't seen any model (SG or EG) listed in the last 5 years with a solid "brown". We have seen a few running on the road. Help a brother out! I wanna start looking for one for the wife ......

I debated that in all my searches, I thought a merlot was a red. The merlot is a brown???

This is what my Merlot Sunglo looks like. Has a brown hue. In some lights even looks black

My guess would be the Merlot Sunglo, unless the owner had it repainted to the Light Root Beer Brown. I have the '11 catalog and the FLHX colors offered in '11 were
Vivid Black; Scarlet Red; Merlot Sunglo; Sedona Orange; Black Denim; White Hot Denim; Custom Psychedelic Purple/Vivid Black; Custom Apple Green/Vivid Black.

I've kept the catalog when I bought my Sporty.
