So I ordered a visor trim ring for my street glide and it came in and I it is very disappointing.
Part number 67700612 is designed to slip over the existing ring and looks like crap with the split in the bottom. I took it off and sent it back. I saw one on a CVO ultra that is a direct replacement, single piece unit. The part number is 61400242, has anyone used one of these? It looks like to will just bolt right up bbut want to spare myself more wasted time. It is twice the cost but I am willing to pay for the end result...
i had the same issue. its kind of a custom fit type thing. take the original ring off and rap the headlight bucket with tape. its a trial and error thing so be patient. make sure the bulb is in the foam good. do this and the split at the bottom is barely noticeable.
