The Sena SMH10 or new 20 is the answer. Sena also sells various mounts (half, full, modular), internal or external boom, I prefer the internal. You will be able to hear music, make or receive phone calls, Siri, while wearing custom earplugs. It's one device that does it all. I've been using mine 3 years. If you have more than one helmet, you just put a Sena mount on the helmet, the main device or Pod, clicks on and off between helmets, not need for multiple devices! I've worn it 12 hours and it was still charged!

You won't get any Bluetooth headset system to pair with the boom audio on a Rushmore. It has to do with the Bluetooth profiles in the radio. It's missing the ad2p profile I believe. There is a long topic in the Rushmore section about this.
