Default Rush true duals
Do rush duals work with all standard size slip ons or are they specific to there mufflers. I have Cfr's will they work with the rush true duals?

They will work with any muffler that are 1 3/4" inlet. They will fit your CFR's

They are standard size, the same as OEM, I believe.

Ok thanks, must be mgs I was thinking of? Doesn't mgschange the length of there headers to make them only comparable with there muffs

I know some Bub and Rinehart systems use 2" inlets instead of the standard 1 3/4". Don't know about the length on MGS for sure.

I had Rush true duals on my Ultra. Wanted to put on monster rounds and the wouldn't work. The muffler wouldn't slide on far enough to mount on the rear hanger bracket.

I had the same situation. My friend brought over his cut off saw with a tile cutting disc, (I believe), and shortened a bit of the shield and then I dipped it in silver rust paint. Looked pretty good but eventually got rid of the whole set-up because of lack of bottom end and deafness in my ears after a ride, (plus those Monter Rounds weigh a friggin' ton).

I just installed a set of Reinhart slipons on my XL1200T and they sound great. Good deep rumble and louder, but I like loud. As for performance it certainly did not lose any and weather its that its louder or that performance picked up a bit I am not sure, other than I like the sound.

Thought about it I like a little bit of noise. I went with D & D two into one with a quiet baffle to keep up the back pressure change the air cleaner to a sucker. Map and tuner from Moto. Looks great and sounds awesome just right.
