Default Will my bars do this?

Sat on an Indian Chief Classic, loved how the bars fit me. They look like Heritage style bars to me and are mounted more like horizontal than vertical. I have a 2011 RKC with Heritage bars can I roll them back and the controls too? Anyone riding like this? I'm trying to post a pic of the Indian for illustration.

No, your bars will rotate but your controls won't rotate enough to be useful.

Wow that is the ugliest thing I ever saw. Makes the new road glide look good

Agreed, but that wasn't the question.

Thanks Ranger, that's what I thought I may have to try to see how close to this I can get them, I don't need near that much but the Indian hit me just right. I'm reaching too far.

Funny I like this Indian AND the new Roadglide, different strokes.

Your clutch and front brake will be pointing straight up, and your switches and mirrors straight down.

I'm thinking 5-10 degrees tops from inline with the forks should be good. I can reach them it's just a bit of a stretch. I moved them once but didn't want to go too far because I like the mini ape look and didn't want to have to move controls.

My bars have dimples for the wires to exit the controls. So the contols only rotate a little.

Some of the Victory bars have a very wide range of functional rotation. I found them to be very comfortable high or low. Not trying to start a Vic/HD debate... just suggesting another possible bar option.

Just went out and made the smallest adjustment possible,I seems like it's better but I didn't ride. I recently learned how easy it was to adjust RK bars from another thread. You don't want to know how I was doing it before!
Looks the gadget guru int that Vic pic.
