You could try angled bushing risers as well. If I recall they're about $70.

???. You mean angled risers not bushings.

My 2011 RKC has heritage bars that I tilted back a little for comfort, and then I rolled my controls to level up things. In my case, I noticed that if you tilt mine back too far, they will hit the tank if you turn lock to lock with them.
That is the limitations I have.
