Anyone else have issues with the cable going bad? I have to pull upward on the cable so it will start playing/charging. I have had the cable replaced once before & now experiencing same issue.

The first time I thought it was due to plugging/unplugging my device and wore something out. This time though I had to use a lightning adapter so no plugging/unplugging to the cable.

 

I had a couple of the cables go bad on me before the whole unit died. I got On The Move Technologies to replace the unit and cable for me. It took a bit as the owner was hit or miss on emails at the time. Once it was replaced I sold it and bought the Harley unit and had zero problems!!!

 

I had a problem with the original cable and replaced it with the one that detaches. So far no problem, I use a lightning connector too.
