Muffler Swap - Any hints or suggestions?

oh wear rubber gloves.
and when you get the new pipes on wipe them down with carb cleaner twice.
then rubbing alcohol
then windex twice
if you start the bike with grease or fingerprints on the chrome you may be looking at it forever

+1 what I did! To put the new ones on I spayed WD40 on the end of the header and used a little wet/dry 600 grid paper to clean off the grim and they slid right on.
