That looks nice. Kind of complements the air cleaner. One of the few I've seen that doesn't have to be "discrete". What type of filter is that and where did you get it?
Looking at doing this mod. What are the opinions of coming out of the stock air cleaner through the back of the stock plate. Then run the line up and along the back bone down the frame to the rear of the bike and venting to the ground. If it is vaporized oil this should work. Any thoughts? I am trying not to run it down the face of the pushrods or jugs. As always thanks for the input.
Bought my 1/8" NPT Brass fittings & Brass T fitting , 5/16' Fuel Line & High Temp Red RTV Silicon today, and will pick up my Crankcase filter from KC Int'l when they open Monday... Will drill & tap my SE backing plate Monday.
My Bike did not drip oil from the Stage 1 filter till I changed out the SE filter element with a K&N 0800 Filter element about 2 mths ago,,, but the inside of the SE Filter was soaked with oil just did not run out. Now everytime I ride it it drips on the cam chest cover...
You know, if you put together a kit that included the fittings, and directions on how to tap them, I would definitely purchase one, along with the Discreet System and external breather. I have the same 110 air cleaner as the OP.
Just a thought.....
We now have these available...both with black hose and with braided Stainless Steel hose. See them HERE

Use a filter on the end of the hose. The filters we use will absorb the carry-over oil (blow-by) on a typical HD for 5,000 or more miles of riding.
If you wash your ride at least every 5,000 miles, then just spray a little soap on the filter (you don't need to remove it), let it set, then spray it off after a few minutes and the absorbed oil is cleaned out of the filter and it is ready to absorb more.
