re-installing a starter question
did a partial removal of my starter to get to the ipb.
Got a new seal(lip seal removed in photo) were the starter goes into the inner primary for the re-install just cause, but there is this white stuff little further back, cant seem to find any info on it in the Manuel or on the web.
is it teflon paste ?
whats the story?
