I am late to this message, but after I started my research to replace the bar on my wife's 04' Softail Heritage, I can report that the KW300032 is the same as the stock heritage bar that was used since 86'. The KW300042 is the same 1" bar, but drilled and can be used for TBW. The KW300330 is the almost the same bar, but in 1.25" and is drilled for internals. The 330 is also TBW ready.
Now...with the last two bars, there throttle side is 1/2" shorter than the left. This is because of the TBW set up of late model HDs. So to retro fit these bars on a non-TBW or "older" Harley, you either need to back the throttle side grip back 1/2" or rig a spacer of some sort before putting them on. The dimples are still spaced the same so the controls won't be off or anything.
I hope this makes sense. I spoke with Khrome Werks representative about finding a replacement a couple of times because catalogs show different measurements (which is odd) for the same exact bar.
