Burned thighes!!
Got caught in a traffic jam on the way home tonight caused by an accident.Bumper to bumper ,stop and go for about half an hour.After about 15 minutes the Road King was putting out enough heat to burn the insides of my thighes.Almost had to pull over and get off the bike.I live in Phoenix and plan on riding year round but worry that this might be a big problem in the summer.Anyone got any suggestions?

True duals. And, of course, the host of other upgrades that goes with it....PCIII, SE air cleaner, you know the drill. Once you ride one with true duals, you will wonder why they don't build them that way....

Kuryakyn makes some shields, but I don't like the looks of them. There's another company that makes shields also, but the name escapes me right now.

I've just installed my "No more fried Thighs". Not that hot yet but I can tell it's going to help when summer gets here. They cost a bit, but seem to be made well, time will tell.
