Tried to PM you but it says you've exceeded quota. So I'm replying here.
I looked up the model I need for my 07 RK on the Dynojet web site and for 2007 touring bikes they say it's the 15-028. I double checked with Dennis Kirk and on Amazon and the model you're selling (15-004) is not for my bike (both sites said its for Softails, not touring). I suppose it worked for you because the Softails of that year were 96 engines too.
And yes, $200 is a good deal. Except that the PC is "married" to a specific bike's ECM. So anyone that buys a used PC has to go and buy a new license from Dynojet to allow the PC to be re-married to a new ECM. I think that's around $199 (which would make buying a used one at $199 MORE expensive in total than buying new). But even if the license was only $99, it would be $300 (total cost to me) for a used one vs $379 for a new one/correct model. That math doesn't work for me. Especially with the model number discrepancy. I'll try to call Fuelmoto to confirm what a new license would cost AND if a 15-004 would work for me. But my hunch is that this isnt the right deal for me. If I learn differently, I'll be in touch.
Sorry, you are not correct. A power vision is married to the ecm, a power commander is not. You DO NOT need to buy an xtra licence with a power commander
