I think if they are actually 09, they wouldn't have the CAT In them. If you paid via PayPal, look for recourse.

IDK, I was thinking if someone wanted to Auto Tune a thundermax or a Power Vision, they would need a head pipe with the bigger O2 bungs, and there is always someone crazy who would WANT a Cat on there, so IDK.
I usually let stock parts pile up, then take a few boxes to local indy shop, donate them. it ain't hurting nothing.
I ran into the same issue a while back, the 09 CVO and california models had the Cats and 18mm 02's. I cut mine open removed cat then went in different direction, it now waits in the garage also.
