Do you know if these will fit a2011 ultra? And what size are the rims, 16 rear? 19 front?

Yes 16 rear and 19 front. Pretty sure they will fit your bike but I would double check with your dealer.

Any idea if these wheels could be adapted (new bearings, axle, whatever else) to run on a 99 Road King?

No I don't know. But I think the rear would be to wide to fit the fender/ swingarm

i appreciate the response. I love the look of those wheels, and would love to replace my spoked wheels, but not sure it’s worth it all to try, even if I could pick up a cool set of these informer wheels, if they would fit.

You could check with your dealer but I don't think they will work. But thank you for your interest.

I think the rear width may be a show stopper for me, not sure yet, and then I also would need to get updated front Brembo brake calipers. All combined, including new tires, I am looking at somewhere in the neighborhood of $1200-$1500, without shipping, to do the swap.

Thanks for your response - I am sure you will sell your wheels soon enough
