Drivers backrest and cable operated mount. Harley part number 52593-09A. Should fit 97-08 touring.
Plastic piece on the end of the cable that attaches to the handle is broke. This is just the plastic, not the actual cable end that that attaches to the handle. Does not affect cable operation or backrest operation.
Everything in working order.
Replacement cable and handle are available from Harley in an Actuator Handle Kit.
