Taken off a 2019 Street Glide CVO with less than 100 miles (only rode it home and back to the dealer). Make me an offer and get 'em cheap...

Are these different than any other touring model's exhaust?

this is the same head pipe as all the other touring model's.... only difference may be if it was de-catted .... otherwise the same

An HD service tech told me they are slightly less restrictive, but I cannot say for certain.

same, only the heat shields are a different finish on some of the CVO's, the mufflers are different though.
