MotionPro Stainless steel braided (Armor Coated) Clutch cable.
Part number: 67-0422
Fits: 08-13 Touring models.
This came off my 2009 Road King.
I had 12" bars installed and this was called for it.
I use my windshield often and unfortunately it was too long and catching on the brackets. I tried using a clamp to pull it back, but still would not work. It took some of the clear sheath in this area.
I removed this cable and clear heat shrink was used to keep it looking good and also protected.
One area down at the bottom near exhaust too.

This cable will fit 12" bars (without a windshield/windscreen) and will definitely fit 14" bars too.
The cable works fine and was only on the bike last month for only 2 weeks.
