Default Rush Slip-ons

**SOLD** These are a bit too loud for me (and my neighbors). Rush slip ons with 2" and 1-3/4" baffles. I would rate them a 7.5/8.0 out of 10. The muffler with the 2" baffle has some slight yellowing near the neck, it also has a light scratch (see pic). There are no scrapes from road contact. I'll sell them for less than 1/2 the cost of a new set. $150 shipped to the lower 48.

My understanding is that the smaller baffle goes on the right because there is greater exhaust pressure comming from the right side. The larger baffle goes on the left to compensate for lower pressure and to equal out the sound. A friend of mine runs them in reverse to get a louder sound. These are way loud set up as described above.

Couple of questions if you don't mind. What year and model bike did these come off of? How many total miles on the mufflers? Did you buy them new? Have you ever removed the baffles or re-packed them?

Also, these look to be the Non-Tip Compatible Straight Cuts, is that right?

Thanks.

Whoops. After a closer look I can see that these do look to be the tip compatible.

I bought these from a guy in my riding group. He bought them new for his '08 EG but I don't know how many miles he had on them. By the condition of the chrome I wouldn't think many, that or he took really good care of them. I have only had them on for a couple of weeks and have not removed the baffles. If I don't sell them, I may remove them and try re-wrapping them like others on here have. Also, I see from your second post that you saw the mounting holes for the tips.

I do not have the end caps. $125 is tempting...
