Badlander seat from my '07 Ultra

I have a Badlander seat that came with my recently purchased '07 Ultra. The seat was modified to fit and I think it originally was made for a RK or SG. The bracket was modified to fit the Ultra (see picture). It includes the tank adapter. The seat is in perfect condition with the exception of a very small tear near where the screw goes (See picture). When mounted this is completely concealed. I can't use it because it puts me 2-3 inches further back than my stock seat and the reach is too much for my 5'9" frame. The seat retails for $200 plus another $25 for the tank adapter. I am asking $110.00 for both plus $20.00 to ship anywhere in the CONUS.

Dan was cool as hell about this seat. Gave me a great price and even delivered the damn thing since I don't have a cage right now.
