This is Harley's new headlight modulation kit. This one is brand new in the package and never installed. I have decided to add passing lamps instead.
Headlamp Modulation Kit
It's time to get noticed in traffic. This Headlamp Modulation kit flashes your headlamp low beam from full to low intensity, 4 times per second to improve conspicuity on the road. The Headlamp Modulation Kit includes an override switch to allow the rider to activate modulation when desired, and features a light sensor so modulation will only occur during the day-time use.
This product is available in multiple variations. Be sure to look for the one that fits the specific model and year of your motorcycle.

Fits '12 DynaŽ FLD, '87-later FLHT, FLHX, FLHR models and '98-later FLTR models (Note: On FLTR, only one headlamp will modulate). Not compatible with HID or LED Headlamps.
