the backrest is off a 2011 ultra. looking for 100.

The hardware I have is all the parts I took off my bike to remove the backrest. All mounting brackets are there.The pad is like new no rips ,tears or sign of wear. The only downfall is that a bro of mine from my bike club offered me 150.00 for it. I told him I would have to see what happens here first since I did post it and many people contacted me already. I can ship anywhere in USA for 20.00.Let me know.
