Up for sale is a set of Chrome Saddle bag guards from a 2011 Electra Glide. Will fit 2009 - 2013 touring bikes These are just the guards and no support brackets are included.

I ended up purchasing another set and had them powder coated to put on my bike. These are in Excellent shape.
Again you will need the support brackets or if you have a Street Glide or a Road Glide, some folks have cut their existing support bracket to fit.
