Saddle bag guards

I wanna remove my hard saddle bag guards, Will they be supported if I take them off???

No, the support tube under the bag ties into the guard. H-D makes a replacement support bracket to replace the guard. Do a search for Comfort Profile Saddle Bag guards to finda link to the required part or check out any Streetglide.

You need a set up that comes on the Street Glide or Road Glide. It has a different support on the underside of the saddlebags. I just happen to have a Road Glide and am looking to put the guards on. If you are interested in a trade, e-mail me and hopefully we can work something out.

No. You need a support bar that comes with out the bag guards. I have a set of take offs from my Road Glide that only was on the bike for 500 miles. I will work out a deal for you if you want them. Let me know via PM.
