Default Squeaking

My 2019 Triglide squeaks when decelerating the first 5 minutes, and then the squeak sounds goes away (somewhere behind me). I took it to the dealer after riding, but the sound went away and they could not replicate. The belt tensioner in on point. Any other ideas? The service was completed on the bike last 2K miles.

Sure sounds like the drive belt to me. You referred to the belt 'tensioner' but there is no tensioner on the belt. You just adjust it until it is within spec.

Have you checked it yourself or just relied on what they said.

The belt was checked twice by 2 different techs. I think is my right pipe, I checked the back of my right pipe and it is lose. I guess it needs to be tight and or replace the fit that goes to the header, whatever it is will be checked on Friday.

Does the squeak change with the speed of the Trike ? If it does then it is likely a moving part. If not it is likely a stationary part.
Look at the final drive area. There is a coupling that has rubber pucks inside that may be worn.
Also check if the squeak can be reproduced standing still or just while moving. Bounce the suspension system front and rear. The lower pivot point located at the mounting of the lower swing arm. It has a chrome cover that just pops off. There is normally a bunch of rubber debris in there. The bolt is also off center so that is normal. But if there is excessive movement that could cause some noise.
Check the shock mountings, and the shaft seals on the shocks.
Check the mounting of the rear trunk assembly. Look below to see if there is any chaffing of the fiberglass.
You mentioned the exhaust being loose. There is a hard rubber piece that the muffler mount sits in, so that could be a movement that could cause some squeaks also.
Your brake pads can also cause a squeak sitting against the rotor and change as they warm up. You may get rid of the squeak by applying the brakes for a short distance..

Just a few places to look........ Have fun !

thank you for the info, the squeaks only shows sometimes, I can’t duplicate when I want too. It only did it when I started the trike for maybe the first 2 miles, and it made the sound when shifting. The dealer rode it because I thought it was something with the rekluse clutch and first the squeaky noise did not show, there is nothing wrong with the clutch. Then when I brought it back home, the first day did not make the sound but the next time it did it but I noticed the sound came from the back. I checked my left exhaust and it moves from left to right, I have a Harley appt to adjust the exhaust an also check the belt tensioner too. We will see if they find something. The issue is after a mile or 2 the squeaking noise is gone.

Check all the heat shield when the bike is cold, they will squeak and then when warm and expand not squeak. It just take a little movement, check all muffler clamps also and you said the rear mufflers may be loose, check the mounting nuts (pain to get to) and maybe squirt some silicon spray on the muffler rubber mounting bumpers on the rear muffler mounts.
