Wow, as a owner of a 2022 Road Glide ( and trading for a 2020 Tri Glide Ultra) I applaud your work. I had high hopes that harley would introduce a RG3 with the Tri Glide rearend. The road glide was the best riding cruiser out of all six of my previous HD's. I have a couple of questions... what did the donor body set you back? Also, how much air and heat is the rider feeling. Tri Glide's are hard on the passenger, with that engine heat blowing back. Now you got me looking for a used RG3. WELL DONE...

The triglide "body" cost $1,000 on ebay, the blue body in post #2. Was almost brand new with no blemishes. A new color matched body from Harley is around
$3,900.
Only have 700 miles on it, and don't ride with passengers, so can't give you any info on engine heat yet.
Where is the Tri-Glide in the 1st picture? One of the best Tri's I've seen, better yet how it makes you feel having done it yourself. Maybe better than the Vette
