I found great test information on DK Custom Products website where several shocks are tested, scored and compared.
Upon my review thereof, I bought DK 13" NextGen w/lift to replace the OEM shocks on my 2022 CVO Tri Glide instead of the Legends I was thinking of getting.

I bought the same for my 2019 Tri Glide after seeing all the reviews DK Customs did. Installed them two years ago and my wife is a lot happier for it. It is the one thing she is happy I spent the money on! Lol
Look into the Intimidators on DKs website and YouTube channel. A lot less expensive than the Traxxion AKs and darn near as good. I had Traxxion on my two wheeler, Legend Axeo on my previous TG and now Intimidators on my current TG. Best choice of all for the $$ imo.
Did you find it hard to remove the OEM shocks and install the new shocks.
Also, I am looking at the DK Intiminator Front Values which is the same technology as the DK NextGen Shocks.
I would like to hear from others that have installed the DK Intiminator Front Values and see if they are liked and how hard installation was.

The FSM suggests removing the rear body to remove the shocks. But with a lot of patience I was able to do it using an open end wrench.
I later removed the rear body to replace the pan hard ride joints, and it wasn’t that difficult. It did take two people to lift it off the frame. If I ever had to replace shocks on a tg agsin, I’d probably take that route of removing the body. A little more time would certainly make the replacement easier. Especislly if you have trouble breaking the bolt loose, which used red Loctite from the factory.
I can’t speak of the other shocks…but I put on Progressive 13” rear shocks, with no lift, on my ‘12 TG…and they made a huge improvement in comfort.
