At least now if my reverse motor goes out I can still start the bike.
It doesn't seem to be any better. Still comes with all the same warnings, no up hill , no more than 20 secs. I guess since it's a single, it also has this crazy sequence to engage. This is definitely a miss. I rarely use my backup motor now, I would never use it. Like you said if it goes what then?

Adding a few hundred more pounds in weight and more drag going down the road would cause more strain on the engine. Of course that if this article has any truth to it, lol.
More engine than a regular family hatchback I would hope it has the power to move it successfully.

I like the longer suspension travel. I’ll give it some time to all sink in.

After looking at the specs, no way i want all that " smart tech " stuff. Corning tech, braking tech, traction tech, Nope not me.
Way to complicated ! Not needed crap on a motorcycle.
Don't want nothing to do with that reverse either.

Watched the videos, read through the specs on the “upgraded systems”. 🤔
What? no “Hands Free” steering? 🤣

My 2013 is looking better and better…..😉

One thing i noticed with the rear suspension is now you have up and down motion along with a twisting motion.
Wonder how the belt life will be with this new twisting motion. Time will tell.

If I understood right the differential is directly to the frame so the belt should be good.

Maybe i missed that. I thought they said the differential moved with the swingarm. Gonna go back and take another look.
I have been wrong before, just ask my wife.

Just looked again and you are correct. Mounted to frame so belt life should really good. Much more stable for the belt.
