Does anyone know the amount of ghost load is on the battery of an RG3? My dealer told me to always plug mine in to a charger whenever I'm not riding to maintain the battery. I've had 4 other 2 wheel harleys and never plugged them in , even if they sat in the garage for a week or more. Average 6 yrs on a battery.

It`s called Parasitic Draw...
If the motorcycle is going to be inactive for several weeks, go ahead and connect a tender.
You don`t have to keep a motorcycle on a tender full time (unless there is something wrong).
Measure the parasitic draw on your motorcycle.
