Mr. Wizard, I'm confused. If you meant to send another schematic there is no link on your last post to the new schematic. Or is the initial schematic the correct one?

Sorry for the confusion. I replaced the attached document today with the right one.

Go back to my previous post with the PDF file and download it again.

Once again, thanks for the schematic. Still waiting for the sprocket from the dealer. I guess back orders happen when you layoff hard working people for short term gains. I guess that topic is for another post.

My apologies for mucking it up in the beginning. Can't believe I posted the first doc with an important flaw.

I didn't lay anyone off this year, trimmed owner compensation instead. It's not the employee's fault, they are willing and able. Owners are in business for the risk and reward. Yes, another topic for sure.

I have been given an estimate of $280 for the labor to install the 30T.

Went to the dealer today to check on the status of my 30t sprocket. The sprocket was supposed to be released from the factory on the 20th of this month. I thought the 30t would be at the dealer on the 20th, so the parts guy told me to check back during the week. So, I went in today and was told that the 30t was on back order with a release date of 10-18. How in the hell do you back order a back order? Is this anyway to run a company? I guess if you want to run it into the ground this is the way to do it. How hard or difficult is it to machine a sprocket? I guess the MOCO must have outsourced their parts manufacturing and the slow boat from China is taking it's sweet time. Sorry I hijacked this post with my b@#ching. Oh by the way, I ordered the 30t a month ago.

Just a guess... but since HD makes a 30T now and since it is 1/3rd the cost of an aftermarket.... they will be on back order for a while.
