That's funny but we can do...

Let's see how these other builds and tunes work out before we start to make travel plans.

Once again I have a bit more info but not much. I hear the numbers are settling in to an average now for a 103 which are not as good as a 110 but that was to be expected.

The averages for a 103 are 91/111. Some have stated 92/114. This is with different bikes and different exhaust systems and different dyno operators using different tuning equipment.

You don't ride numbers. What makes the difference in this cam is the torque line being so quick and broad. I'm hoping to have documentation soon showing this besides the baseline difference that I've already posted.

There were road tests done with identical bikes and builds. Difference was the cams, both bikes tuned by the same person with the same equipment. Full throttle 4th gear rolling starts at different RPM levels and different riders pulling to 110 MPH was contested many times. 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000, 3500, 4000 RPM's were selected. Riders were changed as was the person giving the "go" sign. The bike with the R&D cams pulled out front each time and maintained a lead until 5000 RPM's where the other bike with 57's began to gain back ground. The longest lead the R&D cams had was 8 bike lengths.

NEWS FLASH: This is a completely independent review of a product I've been following for over a year.

Now... I want to make this perfectly clear, Crystal Clear. The information I am getting is second hand and sometimes third hand.

The work on my trike and the experience I had was absolutely no exaggeration. My 1200 pound trike pulls harder through all gears now than ever before. I can pull a wide open throttle in 3rd or 4th gear at 1500 RPM's with no bucking, spitting or sputtering. The trike just takes off and pulls hard. I told the manufacture they would not be getting these cams back.

If you know me then you know I will not ballyhoo a product unless I have either experienced it myself or have documented proof if irrevocable accomplishment. I do not work for this company. I work for no company except my own and for myself. I am not in the world of aftermarket Harley performance parts nor wish to be. What you read is what you get so take everything with a grain of salt and make your own determination as I did. Do your own research and get your own facts before making a decision.

My last bit of news is... there was a second production order given. This means there will be cams available to the public in the next few months depending on the manufacturing time involved. I was told a price range but instead of stating that here I'll say they should be very competitive with other brands.

Obviously the manufacturers are going to need someone in the southern hemisphere to test these - after all gasses swirl in the opposite direction down here..

Just playing devils advocate. I wonder how many bottom end bearings will get hammered to failure, and cranks shifted. Once folks find torque down in the basement they'll forget what their left for it for and not down shift.
