A friend of mine, is upgrading his 110 fat boy S, with a 117 big bore kit. He has a fuelpak 3, but the bike wont start. Has already asked to V&H and they sent the map for that upgrade, but the dealership is telling him that he has to buy a SE super tunner too, because with the FP it wont work.
Is this true? has anyone had this issue?
i have a 110 fatboy S 2017.
i have a FP3, vance and hines people says that with it , it should start... never did.. but... i had the rear cylinder with 0 compression.
Tomorrow we will have both cylinders ready, Fp3 map inside and will tell you people.

IIRC. Harley tuners restrict the Air Fuel ratio from going beyond EPA standards. The ratio must be adjusted beyond EPA limits to achieve proper performance.. Tuners are extremely expensive and many will not allow the desired settings..IMO
