Just checked the HD site, those tensioners are $82 each these days.
I've always replaced the oem's using the Cyco tool and pads, under $30, if you already have the tool, about $30 for the tool, they also have the guide. https://cycogasket.com/harley-davids...omponents.html
Inspect the oil pump, pieces of broken tensioner pads can run through and scar it, might want to check the crank runout while in there.

I thought HD no longer made those tensioners. Glad to hear it if I'm wrong!
OP, if you followed the video, you did not remove the cams from the cam plate, so you have not changed the timing. Compete the install in reverse; the front sprockets have to line up; no need to worry about TDC, etc. There are a couple of steps in the video that I would not have followed. I would have put the o-ring on the oil pump scavenge spigot; installing it in the scavenge port first can, and has, resulted in a pinched or misplaced o-ring which will result in sumping and require a do-over. Follow the oil pump insall/alignment procedure in the service manual which I did not see the in the video but maybe missed it.
