I'm getting ready to inspect the lifters and Cams in my engine.
After the cam plate and cams are removed, would you replace the cam bearings that are pressed into the case?
The current bearing are S&S bearings with about 25K miles on them.
2009 Ultra with an S&S 106 Hot set.

Since it has full complement roller bearings already, I'd just leave them alone.
