Fulepak FP3 Issue

I got my new FP3 shipment 2 days back. But I'm not able to perform Map update process due to some error which is not mentioned in your installtion process nor FAQ.
I'm able to connect FP3 via Bluetooth and it is appearing in FP3 App as Paired "FulePak (System Status)" and "Connected (Bluetooth Fuelpak)". But when I go to the next screen it is shown as "Lost Connection (V&H FP3)" and when I click on Map Lookup, it goes to "Map Lookup" screen and hangs with "Connecting to Vance & Hines.."
The same case when I go to "Firmware Update", it is showing "lost connection" and hangs at "Transferring [1 of 3]". When I go back to first screen it always shown as Paired "FulePak (System Status)" and "Connected (Bluetooth Fuelpak)"
Above process I tried with my iPhone and I also tried the same with my Android with same results, although the error messages vary a bit. I have very good high speed internet connectivity (4G) on both my phones.
I'm stuck. Please help me with this.

Be sure there are no other Bluetooth devices you have paired with, in communication range or on attempting communication, to avoid contention. Also make sure the run/kill switch is on, that has caught me before.
