Exhaust help
Got my 2014 Vrod at the start of the year. I put on as set of TAB slip ons. They sound great to my ears, thought it was money well spent. Within the past month I've noticed alot of decel popping and i get horrid gas mileage(i can live with that). Problem is the gas smelling exhaust and popping coupled with the loss of power. Should this have mapped itself as it's injected or would it be wise to get it maped on a dyno?

There is decel popping with the stock exhaust but you can't hear it because it is so muffled. Another possible cause of decel popping and decrease mileage is a exhaust leak by the head that is allowing outside air to enter and dilute the 02 sensors which see a lean condition due to the leak and add fuel to the engine. The exhaust nuts by the heads have been known to come loose or fall off altogether when checked.

Check for exhaust leaks first....
Next, if you don't have a tuner for it do some research and get one that will allow you to alter VE's and AFR....you can tune a lot of that decel popping out and better your gas mileage.
Bike didn't come with a little orange box did it? SEPST?
