I am running with one and if it ever breaks I will replace it with another. I think it's plenty bright enough and I can go through almost four for the same price as some of the others with integrated blinkers.
If you don't need the integrated blinkers I might consider the H-D but if you need them they show up very well. I wouldn't want someone driving into my butt when I let off the gas to turn but don't hit the brakes yet because they didn't know I was turning. Since the whole side blinks it is hard to miss that the blinker is on.
I've got one, it's perfectly fine in my opinion. It isn't anywhere near as bright as the HD one or the heavycycles light, but it works fine for me and it didn't cost the outragous price as the others. In the daylight I use hand signals though because the integrated lights on the C.A. light aren't very bright and almost impossible to see in the day time.

I'm not raggin' on Heavy Cycle because they make a great product but they take a while to fill the order and they are $$$.

This is true, but well worth the wait and the money!
I got the smoked LED and really liked it on my 08 VRSCDX, but one of the wires pulled loose. Clear Alternatives said to send it back for a replacement. That's a warranty!

I believe the Heavy Cyles light also doubles as a laser torch. Bright is an understatment. I've only seen two people that are satisfied with the C.A. light and the are both on this thread. So far I haven't changed the stock light and signals. I'll probably keep the stock turn signals and go with the H.C. brake light. Except for the ugly but comfortable Sundowner, I'm happy with the way the Night Rod looks.
