Hey folks, installed an LED tail light on my 15 RGS a while ago. It's a Radiantz tail light with strobe that I got from another source.
Anyway the strobing function is giving the bike a bit of a fit, the CAN BUS system doesn't like it and the small red light on the gauge cluster lights up while the light is strobing then goes out once the light comes on solid, also theres a code "brake light out"
I contacted Radiantz and they advised to try installing a 100 ohm 5 watt resistor, they said the have "heard it works, but haven't tested it yet"
Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if they have a fix? Also wondering best place to install the resistor, behind the tail light is a bit tight and the plug doesn't leave much room to play with.
