Test drove a 07 vrod today to add to my collection. After doing some roll ons and hole shots.I decided not to buy it. My little 03 sportster would dystroy it on both ends.. Thought this bike was to be harleys hot rod?????
Just another wethead hater. He hasn't learned to ride a V-rod yet.We have fun riding withour friends that have Sporsters because they enjoy the twisted aspahlt as much as we do. I do know of a couple of Sporters that can hang with a stock V-rod. They both have turbos.
Actually, I have fun riding with every one. My son has even taken my old Yammerhammer SR500 out with 4 V-rods around him. It aint what ya ride, it's that ya ride. Pick the bikeYOU like and you are more likely to ride it. Believe me, we didn't buy a Night Rod to win any popularity contests or to "fit in". In truth, the Night Rod picked us.
