Has anyone turned down a rotor's diameter? IE. Take a 11 3/4 inch diameter rotor from a 2006 VRSC and reduced to 11 1/2 diameter to fit a 2003 VRSC
I just purchased some used custom wheels with matching rotors from an 2006 installation and I currently have two viable choices to get the front wheel to work(back wheel is a direct bolt on with no issues from 2003 to 2006):
1) Purchase new matching rotor(s) for front ($199 a piece)
2) Replace 2003 front calipers with 2006/2007 calipers.
OR
could I turn the rotors diameter down?
