I was wondering how many V-ROD riders owned an air-cooled Harley before moving to the V-ROD. And if so, which one.
I plan on keeping my Nightster for a long time. I love the raw hotrod feel. But if I had the cash for a 2nd bike, the Night Rod would be at the top of my list!
Its like a modern equally bada** version of the Nightster! [sm=badbadbad.gif]
1976 Superglide, bought new off the showroom floor. Price was $3,000
 \\;
Sold it two years later and spent money on faster bikes over the years.

Last February I got tired of siting on my nuts. I bought the 2007 VRSCA, put Reinhardt 2-1 and a PCIII on it have been happy ever since.
I have a 1964 DuoGlide that I owned since 1980 and still have it, and I was riding it all the time till 2006 after I got the V, the old pan just sits. The only problem is that my thumbs is getting sore pushing the starter button

 \\; \\; \\; 2005 Dyna Superglide, Pearl Chopper Blue, \\;SE air, Wild1 Chubby drag bars, \\;Tradewinds headlight, \\;solo seat, and V&\\;H tapered slash cuts. \\; Great bike! \\; If I could have two bikes, it would still be in the garage. \\; It was my first HD.
 \\;
 \\; \\; \\; But since I can only have one bike, I'm glad to be on a 2008 VRSCDXA Night Rod Special with Fat Shots and with no regrets. \\; \\;
I had one hell of a sportster before the DX i wish i still had it, that this was hilarious in the twisties, the night rod, not so much, but on the straights the DX is way more fun
