vrod gas mileage
just wondering what kind of mileage you guys and gal's get . \\; of course we all know it varys depending on how you ride so i am looking for a sampleing and i know mine would be near the low end as i tend to ride my bikes hard \\;

I rode for a week in the Smokies-got 40 mpg on the highway and 45 in the mountains-yes,I was very proud of my bike (of course if I stay around 80 or faster on the interstate, it drops a bit, and by the way, I love my bike '03 blk/silver).

Mine is only 1000 miles old. I have been keeping track of the mpg. Getting 35 to and from work during the week, and last weekend, 40 mpg running all interesate at 70mph. thought it would be a little better, but for the horsepower, I'll make the sacrifice!

102 HP and 92 Ft LBS torque dyno-tuned - 34 with my foot in it and 42 at normal speeds.
