decision time

i go back to iraq for my second tour soon and i want to order my harley before i go so it will be waiting for me when i get back. havent quite decided if im going to order the patriot edition vrscaw with the usmc emblem on the tank, or order the night rod special edition with my military discount. if i decide on the night rod ill wait til im in iraq and order it through overseas sales. well semper fi all.

I would prefer the night rod special ed. Looks hot, you can always have something painted on the night rod with the MARINE CORPS logo.

The DX is harder to find and can carry a mark-up on the price. I'm not trying to sway your decision, but be prepared if you decide to go that route. I have seen both at the factory, and although the DX has it's draws, the AW has it's too. If you like chrome, the AW is the way to go. If you dislike chrome, then it is the DX. Simple choice. Either way, you'll still be on a VRSC.
