I sold my Street Bob last year. I have been yearning, (all right lusting) for a new bike since I sold the Street Bob.
Had a couple of deals on a Dyna Superglide Custom (to plain and not much different from the Street Bob) and then a Heritage Soft tailclassic. (to expensive and heavy) Salesman had a 2010 VROD muscle that was sold and buyer cancelled. Black Ice Pearl, ABS and a security system. Smooth as glass and very pretty (14,400 with 2 miles one her.) Lots more power than I used to. Taking it easy taking short rides getting used to her. Picture is in my avatar. Will finally get license plates on Thursday,
I wish there were as many people in the VROD forum an in here. Dyna folks have been so helpful and ready to share information.
The water cooled engine is just the thing for here in Seoul. It has an electric fan that kicks in when you are not moving.
I may lurk in here occasionally, but now looking for information to turn the VROD into a tourer.
i looked hard at a VROD before buying my Super Glide. the VRODs are awesome machines with tons of power. some days i wish i were a rich man, i'd have both in the garage
Really like the Vrod. I rode my brothers Muscle this weekend they are super fun. To me it's like having tame power, easy to control and very quick. Surprisingly I think it rode better and handles better than my Bob even with the giant rear tire.
