front tire size is 120/70-19 so it's 3" wide an rear tire is 240/40R-18 79V so it's 8.5 wide. some options here: http://hogpro.com/showsubcat2.php?catid=1&subcatid=67

down at the bottom is the vrod wheels. they offer custom wheels too but these sets are a good deal.

Actually your options are better than you think.Allmost any aftermarket wheels can be made to fit with proper hub sizing.I'm running big dogs, just had to cut the hubs down. However the guess work is done for ya by ordering the packages set up for the v-rod.(Not a bad deal at all.)

my bike came with the chrome solid wheels. I'd like to get a lighter set but due to the cost I may send mine to have a pattern machined out to get the effect an to take a little weight off. I just don't know if it ruins the chrome or not.

show, I think your bike is lean an mean looking. I hope to get a similar look someday. what all was involved with making wheels for other bikes work. spacing an pulley/rotor fitment is the problem I assume. I plan on keeping the 5.5 rear wheel to keep costs an weight down. When I replace the rear tire when it's time I'll try the 200 wide.

There are plenty of options for VROD's. Front tire is a 19x3 and the rear is an 18x8. In aftermarket sizes this will usually equate to an 18x8.5 instead of 8". We do lots of VROD stuff including wheels. Check out some of the bikes in our galleries here.

THANKS,Yup it was all about rotor fitment, and keeping the sprockets in line.
You can buy hubs that fit,I had to turn mine down because they were set up for a w/g chopper set up.I went through several sets starting with a stock wheel and 200 then to a night rod special 240,and then to the big dogs.I allmost went to spokes and a 300 but the mods were more that I wanted to fab this year. The Hog pro stuff is SWEET!I LIKE!
