Default Battery draining

II have a 2002 Dyna wide glide and for some reason my battery keeps draining. I've noticed after I charge the battery and when I connect the cables I get a tiny little spark. Even when everything is off.could this be caused by a bad rectifier/regulator?

Welcome from Oklahoma City. That does sound like your voltage regulator. But I would check your battery too after its fully charged.
