My name is Chris and I am new to this motorcycle addiction. I just purchased my first Harley, a 2010 Dyna Wide Glide, this past week and I believe I am hooked! I have owned plenty of vehicles, but never a motorcycle. Myself and my Veteran buddies all thought it would be a good idea to start riding to feel that freedom that we hear everyone talk about so much. Right now I am just trying to get seat time to get my confidence up before I go on any long rides and loving every second of it.
If there are any pointers you may have to make this more enjoyable, please send them my way.
Thank you. I took the MSF course this past weekend and was able to get my license. I rode dirt bikes a lot when I was younger, some of it translates, but not all of it, that's for sure. I definitely can't wait for some sunny weather to get out more.
Thank you for the welcome to this space. Looking forward to learning as much as I can. I am completely new to this so any sites with information, best aftermarket parts houses, ride calendars, etc, I would like to know about.
