Hello, I've been looking for a new bike and the new Low Rider S just caught my fancy so threw some money on a down payment.
Started riding a buddy's mini bike 53 years ago and got my first dirt bike at 14. Been riding every since.
I almost bought a '77 XLCR but instead ended up with a 1974 Norton Commando still new in the crate. The Harleys weren't selling so had to pass up a good deal and have always wondered "what if" about that Cafe Racer.
Now the Low Rider S is kind of a second chance. Looking forward to bastardizing the poor thing before I get home. Setting it up for some touring too and hope to travel from the SF Bay Area to Colorado and New Mexico in May for some nice open windy roads where you don't see another car for half an hour.
